ATC undertook and managed the entire design, construction and approval process required to change the classification of this residential home from a Class 1a Dwelling to Class 5 Office.
The home, already situated in a business district zone was surrounded by both retail and commercial buildings, and lended itself perfectly to becoming a professional office building. Through a lengthy design and development approval process the building works were completed in accordance with the conditions set out under the Australia Standard Design for Access and Mobility 1428.1 -2009 and the Building Code of Australia.
Additional improvements to the property were also carried out on behalf of the potential tenants including upgrading the Telstra Network and installing ducted air conditioning.
